摘要：运用马克思主义世界观方法论分析"山水林田湖草治理体系",阐述"山水林田湖草系统治理"的原因,剖析"山水林田湖草系统治理"的理论意义和现实意义。在此基础上,提出"山水林田湖草系统治理"应遵循系统性、全面性、尺度性、均衡性和长期性原则,建议加强宣传普及、科学谋划、加快实施和加强国际合作。
Administration system of Mountain,Water,Forest,Farmland,Lake,Grass(MWFFLG)was analyzed by the world outlook and methodology of marxism in this paper.The reasons and meanings of system management of MWFFLG were summarized.On this basis,the authors suggested that the principles of systematicness,comprehensiveness,scale-dependency,equalization and protracted nature should be followed in the system management of MWFFLG.Suggestions were also put forward as:strengthening the publicity;scientifically devising;accelerating implementation;strengthening the international cooperation.
