摘要:采用GC-MS分析细叶桉不同无性系叶片(Et09,Et12和Et16)的挥发性成分。结果表明,无性系Et09、Et12和Et16中分别检测出34、35和41种化合物,其中相对含量达到1%以上的成分分别有12、12和13种,占其挥发性成分总量的98.18%、90.50%和91.19%。虽然细叶桉3种无性系叶片挥发性成分中分离出的成分类似,但其主要成分是有差异的。无性系Et09中的主要成分是桉叶素(31.77%)、α-蒎烯(18.62%)和D-苧烯(15.67%),Et12中的主要成分是γ-松油烯(16.60%)、α-蒎烯(15.11%)和β-蒎烯(14.19%),而Et16中的主要成分则为α-蒎烯(17.59%)、反式-β-罗勒烯(16.10%)和γ-松油烯(15.86%)。细叶桉不同无性系之间挥发性成分的差异,为细叶桉引种、杂交育种以及药用价值的深入研究等提供了一定的参考价值。
The volatile constituents from different clonal leaves (Et09, Etl2 and Etl6) of Eucalyptus tereticornis were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometr (GC-MS). Results showed that 34, 35 and 41 kinds of compounds were detected from clones Et09, Et12 and Et16 respectively, among which the relative contents in percentage exceeding 1% were 12, 12 and 13 kinds in tum, and they took up 98.18%, 90.50% and 91.19% of the total volatile content. Though the extractions from the volatile components of three different clonal leaves from E. teretieornis were similar, the main ingredients were different. The main compounds of clone Et09 were 1.8-cineole (31.77%), α-pinene (18.62%) and D-limonene (15.67%); those of clone Etl2 were 7-terpinene (16.60%), α-pinene (15.11%) and β- pinene (14.19%); while those of clone Et16 were α-pinene (17.59%), trans-β-Ocimene (16.10%) and γ-terpinene (15.86%). The differences of volatile constituents between different E. tereticornis clones provide certain reference value for the introduction, breeding as well as further study on the medicinal value ofE. tereticornis in future.
