摘要:为比较不同油茶无性系苗期光合效率特征差异,以国家审定的8个长林系列油茶优良无性系2 a生苗木为试材,开展其光合速率与生理和形态指标的测定、比较和分析。结果表明:不同无性系油茶苗净光合速率日均值长林4号与40号,分别显著高于18号,其它无性系油茶的光合速率差异不显著;叶绿素相对含量中,长林4号叶绿素含量最高,显著高于其他优良无性系;不同无性系的形态指标差异显著,其中长林4号的叶长、叶宽、叶面积和全株叶面积最大,23号的叶长、叶宽和全株叶面积最小。研究结果可为进一步选育油茶优良品种提供参考依据。
In order to find out the characteristic difference photosynthetic efficiency among several camel- lia clones at the seedling stage, the 2a raw seedlings of eight series of fine clones were used for the research ob- ject,which were from Chang-lin and passed the national examination.The 2a raw seedlings of eight series of fine clones from Chang-lin were studied on their photosynthetic rate, physiological, morphological indexes by means of determination, comparison and analysis.The results showed that t^ei day average PNs of Chang-lin No. 4 and No.40 were significantly higher than that of No.18,however,the differences among other clones of Ca- mellia oleifera seedlings were not significant.The relative content of chlorophyll of Chang-lin No.4 was the high- est and significantly higher than that of other clones.The morphological indexes showed siynificant differences among the clones Chang-fin No.4 had the largest leaf length,leaf width,leaf area and total plant leaf area No. 23 had the smallest leaf width and total plant leaf area.The results of this study may provide reference for the breeding of fine varieties of Camellia oleifera.
