摘要：我国历朝历代不仅设置有功能职责大致相近的生态环境保护机构,拥有大量与生态环境保护相关的法令、诏书、禁令等,还开展了很多生态环境建设活动,并且在对官吏政绩的考核方面,也蕴含了不少保护及治理生态环境的萌芽思想和具体措施。因此在本土环境下吸收借鉴古代生态环境保护、美化绿化城市、治理环境,以及相关的官吏考绩工作中的精髓部分,引导现代官员自发自觉地进行环境与生态建设,倡导树立一种以绿色GDP为核心的、生态的发展观与政绩观,对于现阶段和未来时期进行生态文明建设和生态文化研究都具有坚实基础和深远意义。
In all dynasties of Chinese history,there were not only government agencies,activities and regulations of environment protection,but also a set of official assessment systems.Summarizing and popularizing these precious budding thoughts,using their essence part and practicing them into modern construction of environment and ecology can help us to establish a new type of official assessment system based on green economic growth and the idea of ecological development concept.It has a profound meaning for current and future construction and research of ecological civilization.
