摘要:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为主单体,丙烯酸羟丁酯(4-HBA)为后交联单体,通过种子乳液半连续法制备了丙烯酸酯乳液(AE)。通过纳米粒度仪、黏度计、红外光谱仪、热重分析仪、差示扫描量热仪等,探究了4-HBA用量对乳液性能以及乳胶膜的结构和性能的影响,并分析了AE在装饰纸上的应用。研究结果表明:随着4-HBA用量的增加(≤5%),单体转化率和乳胶粒粒径无明显变化。4-HBA成功参与了乳液共聚反应,且当4-HBA用量为3%时,室温乳胶膜(LF)的交联度为53.9%、72 h吸水率4.67%、最大热降解温度405.6℃、玻璃化转变温度17.59℃、拉伸强度15.99 MPa和断裂伸长率为244%。经160℃热处理后,热处理LF的交联度、耐水性、热稳定性和力学性能均得到了提升。此外,经3%4-HBA改性的AE浸渍后,浸渍胶膜纸的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为27.0 MPa和15.2%,比原纸分别增加了15.0 MPa和13.4个百分点。胶膜纸与人造板胶合,制得的饰面人造板的胶合强度为0.472 MPa。
An acrylate emulsion(AE)was prepared via semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization using methyl methacrylate(MMA)and butyl acrylate(BA)as the main monomers,and 4-hydroxybutyl acrylate(4-HBA)as a post-crosslinking monomer.The effects of the 4-HBA content on the emulsion properties,as well as the structure and properties of the latex film,were investigated by nanoparticle size analyzer,viscometer,Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR)spectrometer,thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA),and differential scanning calorimeter(DSC).The application of AE on decorative paper was also studied.The results showed that as the 4-HBA content increased(≤5%),the monomer conversion rate and latex particle size showed no significant changes.4-HBA successfully participated in the emulsion copolymerization.When the 4-HBA content was 3%,the crosslinking density,72 h water absorption,maximum thermal degradation temperature,glass transition temperature,tensile strength,and elongation at break of the room-temperature latex film(LF)were 53.9%,4.67%,405.6℃,17.59℃,15.99 MPa,and 244%,respectively.After heat treatment at 160℃,the crosslinking density,water resistance,thermal stability,and mechanical properties of LF were improved.Furthermore,after AE modified with 3%4-HBA impregnation,the tensile strength and elongation at break of the impregnated film paper were 27.0 MPa and 15.2%,respectively,which were 15.0 MPa and 13.4 percent point higher than those of the base paper,and its bonding strength in the decorative wood-based panel was 0.472 MPa.
