摘要:采用不同浓度的GA、KT和IBA对保存半年的檀香种子进行处理,并做发芽和育苗试验。结果表明,GA对檀香种子发芽的最佳浓度为1000~1200 mg/L,发芽率为85%~97.5%,与低浓度处理比较差异极显著;发芽势为30%~37%、发芽指数为20.4~27.7、活力指数为112.3~174.8,与600和800 mg/L处理比较,差异极显著。KT和GA联合使用对檀香种子发芽具有一定的促进作用,IBA则无效果。GA对苗木的生长也具有一定的促进作用,但各浓度间无规律可循。
The Santalum album seeds stored half year was treated by different concentrations of GA,KT and IBA,and later do germination and breeding experiments.The result showed that the optimal concentration (1000-1200 mg/L) and germination rate(85 %-97.5 %) of the treatment of GA were significantly different with the treatment of low concentration,and the germinated potentialities(30 %-37 %),germination index(20.4-27.7),vigor index(112.3-174.8) were also significantly different with the treatment of 600 and 800 mg/L.Although KT and GA at the same time could promote the germination of the seeds,but IBA had no effect.GA could promote the growth of seedling,and there was no disciplinarian between different treatments.
