摘要:为充分掌握降尘缸内流场分布特征,解决国家标准降尘缸(直径15cm×高30cm)降尘收集效率低下、二次起尘等难题,采用激光粒子成像测速技术(PIV)对三种风速(5m/s、10m/s和25m/s)情况下三种状态(空桶状态,加漏斗,加漏斗+格网+打孔)的降尘缸内流场进行了二维试验测试。结果表明:空桶状态时,不同风速桶内漩涡剧烈复杂,桶中上部出现高的风速区不利于降尘的下落,且有二次起尘现象;增设漏斗时,内部气流缺乏出气通道,外界气流很难进入桶内,阻止了降尘下落;加增设漏斗+格网+打孔状态时,桶下部出现高速涡流,漏斗口附近未出现出气高速区,降尘容易在桶内降落保存。增加漏斗+格网+打孔的方式相较于空桶和仅加漏斗更有利于降尘的收集,试验结果为降尘缸的优化设计提供了理论依据。
In order to probe the flow-field characteristics of deposition sampler( 15 cm × 30 cm),Particle Image Velocimetry( PIV) was used to measure the flow-field in the status of three wind speeds( 5 m/s,10 m/s,and25 m/s) and three kinds of designs( empty deposition sampler; empty deposition sampler with a funnel; empty deposition sampler with holes,a funnel and mesh). The results showed that in the status of empty deposition sampler,a complex vortex and high wind zone occurred in upper part of the deposition sampler with the phenomenon of dust re-entrainment; in the status of empty deposition sampler with a funnel,only in the funnel mouth could air flow runout which prevented external air flow from entering the sampler; in the status of empty deposition sampler with holes,a funnel and mesh,dust was easier to fall and be held,because high wind zone did not occur in funnel. Deposition sampler with holes,a funnel and mesh compare is better for dust collection compared with the other two ways.
