摘要:在福建省洋口国有林场研究了20个光皮树优良家系幼苗叶片氮(N)、磷(P)化学计量特征及其与土壤养分因子的关系。结果表明:光皮树不同家系之间叶片N含量为11.75~17.09mg·g^(-1),平均为14.62mg·g^(-1);叶片P含量为0.76~1.18mg·g^(-1),平均为0.93mg·g^(-1);叶片N/P为13.44~18.03,平均值为15.82。多数家系(16~18个)之间叶片N、P含量及N/P没有显著差异,尤其是叶N/P变异较小,表明总体上叶片化学计量特征在光皮树不同家系之间是相对稳定的。因此,光皮树叶片化学计量特征具有种内相对稳定性。叶N含量与土壤水解N(AN)含量呈显著正相关,叶P含量与土壤有效P(AP)以及叶片N/P与土壤AN/AP之间均没有显著相关性。因此,叶片N/P并不能作为光皮树营养限制的唯一指标,结合土壤养分特征才有助于光皮树营养需求的综合评判。
Leaf nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P)stoichiometry of 20 Cornus wilsoniana families and their relationships with soil nutrients were studied in Yangkou National Forest Farm,Shunchang,Fujian Province.The results showed that the leaf N content among 20 C.wilsonianafamilies varied from 11.75mg·g^(-1) to 17.09mg·g^(-1),14.62mg·g^(-1) in average;leaf P content varied from 0.76mg·g^(-1) to 1.18mg·g^(-1),0.93mg·g^(-1) in average;leaf N/P varied from 13.44 to 18.03,15.82 in average.Leaf N,P contents and N/P were no significant difference among the majority of the families(16-18families),especially the variation of N/P ratio was relatively small,suggesting that the leaf N,P and N/P were relatively stable among different C.wilsonianafamilies.Therefore,intrinsic homoeostasis was the stoichiometric characteristic of C.wilsonianafamilies.Leaf N content had a significant positive correlation with soil alkaline hydrolysable N(AN),no significant correlation was found between leaf P content and soil available P(AP)or between leaf N/P and soil AN/AP.Leaf N/P ratio could not serve as the only indicator of nutrient limitation,to conduct comprehensive evaluation on plant nutritional needs,soil nutrient characteristics should be considered.
