摘要:我国草原受火灾干扰严重,为给草原火灾管理提供理论依据和数据支撑,本研究利用BehavePlus模型研究了影响2023年“5·1”陈巴尔虎旗特大草原火灾发生和蔓延的关键因子。结果表明,风速、可燃物含水率、可燃物载量和草高都是影响草原火行为的重要因子;风速每增加1 m·s^(?1)和可燃物含水率每降低1%,火蔓延速度、火线强度、火焰长度和蔓延距离分别平均增加17.18和7.34 m·min^(?1)、1290.17和773.86 kW·m^(?1)、0.47和0.22 m、1.32和3.09 km;可燃物载量和草高分别增加1 t·hm^(?2)和1 cm,火蔓延速度和火线强度分别平均增加22.08和9.12 m·min^(?1)、2739.6和550.32 kW·m^(?1)。陈巴尔虎旗春季干旱和强风是“5·1”陈巴尔虎旗特大草原火灾发生和蔓延的直接决定因子,因此草原火管理的首要工作是基于气象和可燃物等条件做好草原火灾发生和蔓延危险性的预测预报工作,另外扑火人员在草原火灾扑救过程中须密切关注风速变化,特别是5级及以上的大风,确保扑火安全。
Grasslands in our country are severely affected by fires.To provide theoretical foundations and data for grassland fire management,this study utilized the BehavePlus model to study the key factors that influenced the occurrence and spread of the massive"May 1st"2023 Chenbalhu Banner grassland fire.The results indicate that wind speed,fuel moisture content,fuel load,and grass height are all significant factors affecting grassland fire behavior.For each 1 m·s^(?1)increment in wind speed and each 1%decrease in fuel moisture content,the fire spread rate,fireline intensity,flame length,and spread distance increase by an average of 17.18 and 7.34 m·min^(?1),1290.17 and 773.86 kW·m^(?1),0.47 and 0.22 m,and 3.09 and 1.32 km,respectively.Additionally,for each 1 t·hm^(?2)increase in fuel load and each 1 cm increase in grass height,the fire spread speed and fireline intensity increase by an average of 22.08 and 9.12 m·min^(?1),and 2739.6 and 550.32 kW·m^(?1),respectively.The spring drought and strong winds in Chenbalhu Banner are direct determining factors for the occurrence and spread of the"May 1st"Chenbalhu Banner grassland fire.Thus,the foremost task in grassland fire management should be to predict and forecast the risk of grassland fire occurrence and spread based on conditions such as meteorology and fuel.Furthermore,firefighters must pay close attention to changes in wind speed during the grassland fire suppression process,especially in the presence of strong winds of level 5 or above.At the same time,effective fuel management can reduce the probability of grassland fires and the damage inflicted.
