摘要:使用连续浸渍法制备了一种NiFe-Re/HZSM-5催化剂,探索了Re金属引入对NiFe/HZSM-5催化剂用于硬脂酸加氢脱氧(HDO)性能的影响。结合XRD、N2吸附-脱附、H_(2)-TPR、TEM、XPS、NH_(3)-TPD等表征手段对催化剂进行理化性质分析,同时对反应温度、初始H_(2)压力、反应时间和催化剂用量等条件进行考察。研究结果表明:Re金属的引入降低了Ni-Fe相关组分的还原温度。此外,相比Ni-Fe/HZSM-5催化剂,NiFe-Re/HZSM-5催化剂中金属FeNi_(3)合金具有较小颗粒,且分散更加均匀,有效提升了催化剂的催化活性。硬脂酸0.1 g时,在NiFe-Re/HZSM-5催化剂用量0.03 g、温度230℃、初始H_(2)压力2 MPa、反应时间3 h的最优条件下,可实现硬脂酸完全转化且烷烃选择性为100%,相比于催化剂NiFe/HZSM-5,其催化活性有了显著提升。
A NiFe-Re/HZSM-5 catalyst was prepared by continuous impregnation method,and the effect of the introduction of Re metal on the hydrodeoxygenation performance of NiFe/HZSM-5 catalyst for stearic acid was investigated.The physicochemical properties of the catalysts were analyzed by combining XRD,BET,H_(2)-TPR,TEM,XPS,NH_(3)-TPD,and other characterization methods,and the conditions such as the reaction temperature,the initial H_(2)pressure,catalyst dosage,and the reaction time were also investigated.The results showed that compared with the NiFe/HZSM-5 catalyst,the metal FeNi_(3)alloy in the NiFe-Re/HZSM-5 catalyst had smaller particles and was uniformly dispersed.In addition,introducing Re metal reduced the reduction temperature of the Ni-Fe-related components,which effectively enhanced the catalytic activity of the catalyst.The experimental results showed that when stearic acid dosage of 0.1 g was used,the NiFe-Re/HZSM-5 catalyst could achieve the complete conversion of stearic acid with 100%alkane selectivity under the optimal reaction conditions of 230℃,initial H_(2)pressure of 2 MPa,reaction time of 3 h,and catalyst dosage of 0.03 g.The catalytic activity of the NiFe-Re/HZSM-5 catalyst was significantly improved compared with that of the NiFe/HZSM-5 catalyst.
