摘要:对国外引种的欧洲桤木Alnus.glutinosa、意大利灰桤木A.cordata、喜马拉雅灰桤木A.nitida和国内的台湾桤木A.formosana、四川桤木A.cremastogyne等5种桤木属植物种苗期生长性状做了比较研究,主要比较了5种桤木的种子千粒重、发芽率、发芽势、苗期叶绿素含量、光合特性、单株叶面积、根系形态与结构、根瘤、株高、地径、生物量等生长指标,并对生长影响因子做了主成份分析。结果表明:5种桤木中欧洲桤木株型最好,生物量最大,优于其它4种桤木;根系、单株总叶面积和叶绿素含量是影响桤木生物量构成的主要因素,欧洲桤木有一定推广应用潜力。
Seedlings period growth traits of three exotic aider including Alnus glutinosa, A.cordata, A.nitida and two domestic alder, A.formosana and A.cremastogyne were studied with comparative-method. The growth traits including thousand kernels weight, germination rate and germination potential of seed, relative content of chlorophyll (SPAD), photosynthetic traits, rooting parameters and biomass among the five tree species were compared, and the affected factors for seedlings growth were studied with principal component analysis. The results show that among five alders, the plant pattern of A.glutinosa was the best, its biomass was the maximum; the root system, total leaf area of per plant and SPAD were the main factors affected the biomass composition of A.glutinosa. So, A.glutinosa has certain application potential in forestry production.
