摘要:采用三羟甲基氧化磷(THPO)作阻燃剂,苎麻纤维复合毡作增强材料制备了酚醛树脂基复合材料,对材料的力学性能进行了测试,采用锥形量热仪和极限氧指数测试对复合材料的阻燃性能进行了表征。结果表明,与未添加阻燃剂相比,添加质量分数5%的THPO的复合材料的弯曲强度和内结合强度均得到了明显提高,但随着用量增加,其力学性能逐渐降低。THPO添加质量分数为30%时,复合材料的氧指数达到了26.5,阻燃效果良好。
T he phenolic resin-based composites(FFM-PR)were prepared using tris(hydroxymethyl)phosphine oxide(THPO)as flame retardant and flax-fiber-mat as reinforcing material. The mechanical properties of FFM-PR were tested and the flame retardancy were characterized by using cone calorimeter and limit oxygen index tests. The results showed that the flexural strength and internal bonding strength of composites with 5 % mass ratio of THPO were obviously improved compared with those without adding flame retardant,but the mechanical properties were decreased with the increasing of THPO amount. The oxygen index of composites with THPO mass fraction of 30 % was up to 26. 5 and the flame retardant effect was good.
