摘要：运用多导电生理技术,测定了游客在百望山森林公园中游憩前后的8项生理指标变化。结果表明:城市居民在使用绿地后手指温度总体均值升高0.82℃,血氧饱和度总体均值升高0.81%,皮肤电导率总体均值降低2.10μS,RR间隔总体均值降低0.08s,平均心率、最小心率、最大心率总体均值分别降低了3.25、5.32、7.23bpm,每分通气量总体均值降低0.81L/min。居民身体状况在使用城市绿地后有所改善,身体更加舒适。
The change of eight physiological indexes of the visitors to Baiwang Mountain Forest Park before and after the recreation in the park was studied by the PowerLab system. Result showed that the mean finger temperature for the tourists who had just appreciated the urban green space increased by 0.82 degrees C,their oxygen saturation raised 0.81%,skin conductance reduced by 2.10μS,RR interval decreased by 0.08s,mean,minimum,and maximum heart rate decreased by 3.25,5.32,and 7.23bpm respectively,and minute ventilation reduced by 0.84L/min. All these indicated that the tourists＇physical condition was improved and they felt more comfortable after the recreation in the park.
