摘要:以短叶省藤种胚作材料进行组培苗快繁研究,结果表明.种胚成熟度对丛芽诱导有显著的影响,提出了采收种子的各项最佳指标,筛选出了最优培养基及最代继代培养基优化组合,为短叶省藤快繁探索出了新的途径.同时.进行了组培苗移植试验,解决了组培苗田间移植的技术关键,提出了适宜移栽组织苗的各项生长指标,筛选出了最佳组合的移植介质.
Calamus egregius Burret is a vernacular rattan species with high cane quality,and is distributed within Hainan I8land with a broad adaptability. Studies have been made of explant selection, disinfection,de-differentiation, prescription of medium, rooting and outplanting. If embryos are selected as explants, then the proper sampling period is important for a high ratio of clumping buds. After de-differentiation and culture on a modified MS medium supplemented with BA, IBA, 2, 4-D,the embryos' reproductive multiple can reach 10. 03 per month. Induced by NAA, in vitro seedlings are apt to take root. Outplanted with a height>4. 0 cm and a total length of roots>4. 0 cm, the survival rate of seedlings can reach a percentage more than 95%.
