摘要:采用生物基平台化合物乙酰丙酸为原料制备了双酚酸环氧,通过红外和核磁对其分子结构进行了表征。双酚酸环氧树脂结构中同时含有羧基和环氧基,可以实现自固化,将得到的固化漆膜进行力学、热稳定性及耐溶剂性测试,实验结果表明,漆膜的热分解温度为461.5℃,玻璃化转变温度为70.84℃,铅笔硬度9 H,附着力为1级,柔韧性相对较差。漆膜的耐溶剂性优异,耐热水以及耐酸和盐的化学腐蚀性均较优异。
The bisphenol acid epoxy resin was prepared by using levulinic acid, bio-based platform compound as raw material. Its molecular structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance. The bisphenol acid epoxy resin structure had both carboxyl group and epoxy group, and could be self-cured. The mechanical properties,thermal stability and solvent resistance of the cured film were tested. The results showed that the decomposition temperature and glass transition temperature of the film was 461. 5 ℃ and 70. 84 ℃,respectively. The pencil hardness was 9 H. The adhesion was level 1 and the flexibility was relatively poor. The cured film had excellent solvent resistance, hot water resistance and chemical corrosion resistance to acids and salts.
