摘要：试验了一种从槐花中提取黄酮类物质芦丁的新方法——微波辅助碱水法.该方法操作简单、高效,通过实验论证提取率能达到90%.其产品——芦丁槐花复合保健茶是以槐花、芦丁、铁观音茶末为原料研制而成,是一种具有保健功效的袋装复合茶,通过设计试验及对茶液的色泽、口感进行综合测定后,确定了最优配料比.
A new method of extracting Rutin from Pagoda-tree flowers by microwave irradiation with Alkali-base was developed. This method is simple and efficient on operation and cart help to make the extraction rate reach 90%. The compound health care tea from pagoda-tree flowers is a kind of bag packaged compound tea which consists of raw materials such as pagoda tree flowers, Rutin and Tie Guanyin tea powder, possessing the function of health care. Its optical proportion ratio was determined by a comparison of the color and taste of the products.
