摘要:探讨以棉秆为原料生产中密度纤维板的主要生产工艺参数。试验结果表明,在板材密度0.7 g/cm3、施胶量12%、防水剂1.5%、热压温度180℃、热压时间15 s/mm的最佳工艺条件下,棉秆中密度纤维板的各项力学性能均超过国家标准要求,但24 h吸水厚度膨胀率未达标,可能与棉秆原料自身特点有关。
The authors conducted a series of experiments to determine the manufacturing parameters for making MDF from cotton stalk. Results showed that cotton stalk could be used as one of the raw materials for MDF production. Optimum parameters obtained through the experiments were as follows: density 0.7g/cm^3, glue consumption 12%, water-resistant agent 1.5%, hot-pressing temperature 180℃ and hot-pressing time 15 s/mm. Under these conditions, the boards had superior mechanical properties compared with the national standard. However, the 24h TS could not meet the standard requirement, owing to the character of the cotton stalk itself.
