摘要：本文从松材线虫扩张适应的关键因子、松材线虫的生活史及其侵染循环、寄主与传播媒介、生物学基础及适应机制等方面分析了我国中温带面临松材线虫入侵扩张的风险与形势。认为,由于松材线虫具有中温带生存繁殖的遗传适应和进化特质,其寄主植物和媒介昆虫在中温带的多样存在和广泛分布以及经济与物流的高速发展使我国中温带面临松材线虫入侵扩张的高风险。本文对我国中温带松材线虫病的监测及预警有重要参考价值。
This paper has analyzed the risk and situation of pine wood nematode invasion and expansion in the middletemperate zone of China from several aspects including the key factors of expansion and adaptation of pine wood nematode,the life history of pine wood nematode and its infection cycle,host and transmission medium,biological basis and adaptivemechanism. It is believed that because pine wood nematode has the characteristics of genetic adaptation and evolution in themiddle temperate zone,its host plants and insect vectors are widely distributed in the middle temperate zone,the rapiddevelopment of economy and logistics has made the mid temperate zone of China face the high risk of invasion and expansionof pine wood nematode. This paper provided an important reference value for monitoring and early warning of pine woodnematode disease in the middle temperate zone of China.
