摘要:以广东省韶关市国营韶关林场西南桦种源家系试验林为研究对象,基于生长(树高,胸径,冠幅,枝下高和材积)和形质性状(冠型,干形和分枝)调查,应用主成分分析和综合评分两种方法,筛选西南桦优良单株。结果表明:8个性状在株间存在较大变异,变异系数均在20%以上,形质性状的变异大于生长性状;相关分析显示,树高、胸径、材积、冠幅、冠型和干形6个性状间呈极显著正相关(p<0.01),分枝与树高、枝下高、冠型和干形间呈极显著正相关;运用综合评分法对于各性状指标进行评分,通过热图评估得出各性状得分值均较高的优良单株20个;主成分分析显示,前3个主成分的贡献率在80%以上,主要反映树高、材积、分枝、枝下高和冠型,根据主成分总得分排名,按10%入选率筛选出优良单株20个。通过比较两种方法筛选出的优良单株性状测定值,最终筛选出14个西南桦优质速生型单株,其各性状的现实增益为33.94%~123.52%,具有显著的优异性,可通过组培无性系化在粤北地区推广应用,为进一步遗传育种研究提供了优异的种质材料。
Growth(tree height, diameter at breast height, crown diameter, clear bole height, and volume) and formquality traits(crown type, stem form and branched form) were investigated in Betula alnoides provenance-family test plantation at Shaoguan State-owned Forest Farm, Guangdong, and superior single plants were selected using principal component analysis and comprehensive scoring methods. The results showed that there existed large variation of eight traits among ramets with variation coefficient being above 20%, and the variation of form-quality traits were greater than those of growth traits. It was indicated from correlation analysis that there was a significantly positive correlation(p<0.01) among six traits including tree height, diameter at breast height, volume, crown diameter, crown type and stem form. Branchiness was significantly and positively correlated with tree height, clear bole height, crown type and stem form, respectively. Comprehensive scoring method was used to score the traits,and 20 superior single plants with high scores on each trait were obtained by thermal map. Principal component analysis showed that cumulative contribution rate of the first three principal components were more than 80%,mainly reflecting tree height, volume, branchiness, clear bole height and crown form, 20 superior single plants were also selected on the basis of total scores of principal components according to 10% selection rate. Through comparing superior individual trait measured values screened by both methods, 14 superior fast-growing B. alnoides trees were screened out finally, their actual gain of each trait ranged from 33.94% to 123.52%, which were of remarkable excellence. They could be applied in the northern Guangdong through tissue culture clones, and also could provide excellent germplasm materials for further genetic breeding research.
