摘要:使用大花序桉、赤桉、粗皮桉、巨桉、细叶桉和柠檬桉六种桉树的实地分布点数据,结合气候、地形、土壤数据集,运用最大熵模型(MaxEnt)预测了六种桉树在中国的潜在适生区,分析了影响六种桉树分布的主要生态因子。结果表明:MaxEnt的预测准确性较高,模型预测的训练子集和测试子集AUC值均大于0.847;六种桉树的潜在适生区主要包括东南沿海、四川南部和云南中部,最适生面积从大到小排序依次为:大花序桉(183811 km^(2))>细叶桉(168880 km^(2))>巨桉(156016 km^(2))>赤桉(137404 km^(2))>柠檬桉(113258 km^(2))>粗皮桉(53522 km^(2))。影响大花序桉、赤桉、粗皮桉、巨桉、细叶桉和柠檬桉适生分布最重要的生态因子分别为最湿季度平均气温、最干季度平均气温、海拔、太阳辐射、年均温和最湿季度平均气温。总体上,气候和海拔因子对六个测试树种适生分布的影响程度更大。中国适生区的最干时段和最暖时段降雨量高于自然分布区,更适合六种桉树生长。
A MaxEnt model was developed for predicting potentially suitable geographic areas for Eucalyptus cloeziana,Eucalyptus camaldulensis,Eucalyptus pellita,Eucalyptus grandis,Eucalyptus tereticornis and Eucalyptus citriodora in China.This model was developed using data from locations of successful plantations of these species in China,along with climatic,soil and topographic data.The dominant ecological factors affecting the potential distribution of these six Eucalyptus species were also analyzed.The model developed in this study proved to have high precision—the area under the curve(AUC)as training data and test data was more than 0.85.The areas suitable for the six species are concentrated in China’s southeast coastal region,southern Sichuan and the central region of Yunnan.The order of highly suitable area by species,ranked from largest to smallest,was as follows:E.cloeziana(183811 km^(2))>E.tereticornis(168880 km^(2))>E.grandis(156016 km^(2))>E.camaldulensis(137404 km^(2))>E.citriodora(113258 km^(2))>E.pellita(53522 km^(2)).The most important ecological factors influencing the potential geographic distribution of E.cloeziana,E.camaldulensis,E.pellita,E.grandis,E.tereticornis and E.citriodora were mean temperature of the wettest quarter,mean temperature of the driest quarter,altitude,solar radiation,annual mean temperature and mean temperature of the wettest quarter,respectively.Generally,climatic factors and altitude had greater influence on the potentially suitable range of the six species.Precipitation of the driest quarter and of the warmest quarter were generally higher than those in the native habitats of these six Eucalyptus species.
