摘要:竹蔸在自然状态下腐烂速度极度缓慢,为加速其腐烂,用氢氧化钾作为竹蔸促腐剂施于竹蔸内,结果表明:氢氧化钾加入到竹蔸内后和竹蔸的剧烈反应发生在最初的半个月内;氢氧化钾施用量以50 g·蔸-1的B处理效果最佳,半个月内竹蔸溶液pH由13迅速降为8.5,随后缓慢下降,2个月左右碱性完全消失,随后稳定在6左右;和对照相比,经氢氧化钾强碱处理过的竹蔸降解速度明显加快,但降解速率前期更快后期变缓,B处理竹蔸分解速度要高于A处理和C处理,B处理放入分解袋内的竹蔸片在半年内几乎可以完全腐烂;随着时间的变化,竹蔸内溶液钾元素的浓度逐渐降低,毛竹叶片内钾元素的含量逐渐增高,方差分析结果显示,竹蔸溶液和叶片中钾元素的含量均差异显著,说明氢氧化钾作为促腐剂还可以为竹子生长提供钾素供应,起到施肥的作用;与人工挖蔸的用工相比,氢氧化钾促腐可节约成本1.225元·蔸-1;竹蔸促腐不仅极大的降低了劳动成本,同时也具有一定的生态意义,因此,氢氧化钾作为竹蔸促腐剂有望在竹林生产中应用和推广。
The decay of bamboo stumps is extremely slow in the natural state, to accelerate the decomposition, We add the potassium hydroxide as decay promoting agent inside of the bamboo stump. The results showed that after the treatment in the bamboo stumps violent reaction occurred in the first half of the month. The best effects were achieved at treatment B when potassium hydroxide dosage was 50g per stump, In the bamboo stumps the solution pH quickly dropped from 13 to 8. 5 within half a month, then slowly declined, alkaline disappeared entirely in 2 months, then stabilized at about 6. Compared with the control, the degradation of bamboo stumps by has been significantly accelerated by potassium hydroxide, and the degradation rate is faster at early stage than later stage, and the decomposition rate of bamboo stump under treatment B is higher than that under treatment A and C,the bamboo stump pieces in the decomposition bag under treatment B were almost completely decomposed in six months. As time changes, the potassium concentration in the solution of bamboo stumps gradually reduced, while that of bamboo leaves increased gradually, indicating potassium hydroxide can also act as fertilizer of bamboo growth, besides as decay promoting agent. In comparison with manpower digging, using potassium hydroxide as decay promoting agent can save the cost 1. 225 Yuan/stump. In addition, it is also of ecological significance. Therefore, as decay promoting agent of bamboo stumps, potassium hydroxide is expected to be applied in the practice of bamboo forests.
