摘要:利用CT技术无损检测槐树大片刨花板、柳杉重组木以及麦秸中密度纤维板的内部结构与密度特征。结果表明:大片刨花板与重组木的密度变异均高于麦秸板;大片刨花板剖面密度分布无明显变化规律,而重组木呈W型分布、麦秸板呈V型分布。CT技术将为深入研究木基复合材料的结构与性能产生积极影响。
The internal structure and density characteristics of Sophora japonica waferboard, Cryptorneria fortunei Scrimber, and wheat straw boards were evaluated using X-ray based computer tomography(CT). The results indicated computer tomography was an effective tool to determine the panel density distribution both horizontally and vertically. It was found that the average density variations of waferboard and scrimber board were higher than wheat straw boards. It was also observed that the vertical density profile of waferboard did not show any uniformity while scrimber board and wheat straw board showed the typical W- and U-shape curves, respectively
