摘要：集约型工业原料林在生态优先的前提下以木材生产为主要任务。派阳山林场从粗放经营向低碳绿色经营转变的过程中,通过不断改进经营技术和创新管理体制取得了良好的经营效果,不仅实现了森林资源数量和质量的稳步提升,而且切实增加了职工收入,提高了林场经济效益,充分发挥了国有林场在保障国家木材安全中的主力军作用。创新工业原料林经营管理模式是一次工业原料型国有林场改革的有益尝试。
Based on the ＂ecology preferential＂ ideas, industrial raw material forest take wood production as the main task. During the process from extensive management to green management, Paiyangshan forest farm obtained good effect by improving operation technique and innovating management system. Not only the quantity and quality of forest resources were improved, but also the income of workers and the benefit of forest farm were increased.Paiyangshan forest farm played an important role to ensure the national wood security. The innovative management mode of industrial raw material forest was a beneficial attempt of the reform of state-owned forest farm.
