摘要:【目的】研究不同林龄红豆树土壤真菌群落结构及多样性,为红豆树人工林土壤质量动态变化和土壤微生物生态学机制的理解提供基础数据,为红豆树人工林的可持续经营提供依据。【方法】以红豆树幼龄林、中龄林和成熟林为研究对象,采用Illumina Miseq测序平台,分析了土壤真菌群落的Alpha多样性、真菌群落结构组成,群落多样性与环境因子的相关关系,并对土壤理化性质与真菌群落相关性进行分析。【结果】1)α多样性指数表明,幼龄林和中龄林、成熟林土壤真菌多样性差异显著,红豆树幼龄林土壤中真菌多样性高且分布均匀;成熟林土壤真菌的数量和丰度最大;2)3个林龄的土壤样品中共检测到真菌26个门,67个纲,101个目,127个科,145个属。子囊菌门和担子菌门丰度占真菌总量的74.2%~90.2%。中龄林和成熟林土壤真菌群落结构相似度较高。3个林龄土壤中前3位优势菌纲为:银耳纲、粪壳菌纲和散囊菌纲。RDA分析表明土壤速效钾、有效磷、全钾和pH是影响真菌群落的主要因子。【结论】土壤真菌群落结构和多样性指数在不同林龄间有一定差异,幼龄林和中龄林、成熟林的群落结构差异显著,中龄林和成熟林的真菌群落结构多样性差异较小。随着林龄的增大真菌多样性增加,本研究结果为不同林龄红豆树土壤肥力和土壤微生物群落结构研究提供理论支撑。
【Objective】In order to provide support for understanding the ecological mechanisms of soil microbial dynamics and for sustainable management in Ormosia hosiei plantations,soil fungal community structure and diversity of Ormosia hosiei plantations at 3 different ages(young forest,middle-aged forest,mature forest)was studied.【Method】By using the Illumina Miseq sequencing platform,soil fungal structure and diversity of different ages Ormosia hosiei plantations were studied,and the correlation between soil physicochemical properties and the fungal communities were analyzed.【Result】1)Alpha diversity index indicates significant differences in soil fungi community structure and diversity among the 3 different plantations.Fungi diversity in the young forest is high and shows a regular distribution pattern;the amount and abundance of soil fungi in mature forest are the highest in all soil samples.2)A total of 26 phyla,67 classes,101 orders,127 families,and 145 genera were detected in soil samples of the 3 different types of Ormosia hosiei plantations.The abundance of Ascomycota and Basidiomycota accounted for 74.2%-90.2%of the total amount of fungi.Soil fungal community structure between middle-aged forest and mature forest plantations shows the similar trend.The top 3 predominant fungal classes in the soil of the 3 plantations were Tremella,Faecomycetes and Sansostomaceae.Redundancy analysis shows that soil available potassium,available phosphorus,total potassium and pH are the main factors affecting soil fungal communities.【Conclusion】Soil fungal community structure and diversity are different among different ages of Ormosia hosiei Hemsl.et Wils plantations.It shows no significant difference in fungal community structure diversity between middle-aged forest and mature forest.As the age of Ormosia hosiei plantation increases,the fungal diversity increases.This work provided an important theoretical basis for studying the role of microorganisms in Ormosia hosiei plantations at different ages.
