摘要:为了给嘉宝果野生资源的开发和利用提供科学依据,按照国家标准测定了其主要营养成分与维生素、微量元素、矿质元素的含量,并将嘉宝果与20种常见瓜果进行了相关性分析。结果表明,嘉宝果含有多种营养成分和多种维生素及微量元素:其中蛋白质、糖类、脂肪、纤维的含量分别为1.70、126.40、0.40、0.70 mg/g;其VB2、VC含量分别为0.001 9、0.216 7 mg/g;其锌含量为0.003 3 mg/g,在这21种瓜果中其含量处于较高水平。对嘉宝果与其它瓜果的相关性分析结果表明:嘉宝果与葡萄的营养成分最为接近。
In order to provide a scientiifc basis for development and utilization of the wide Myrciaria caulilfora resources, main components and the contents of vitamins, microelements and mineral elements were determined according to the national standards, and the correlation between M. caulilfora and other melons and fruits is analyzed. The results indicate that M. caulilfora fruit has various nutritional components, vitamins and microelements. The contents of protein, sugars, fat and ifbre are 1.70, 126.40, 0.40, 0.70 mg/g respectively, the contents of VB2 and VC are 0.001 9, 0.216 7 mg/g respectively, and Zn content is 0.003 3 mg/g which is at a higher level in the 21 kinds of tested materials. The results of correlation analysis show that M. caulilfora fruit has the closest nutrient components with grape.
