摘要:采用熔融挤出工艺制备了聚乳酸(PLA)-生物乙醇副产物(BEB)共混材料。考察了BEB及3种相容剂对材料力学性能的影响,并通过接触角测量、热重分析(TGA)和扫描电镜(SEM)等手段对材料的性能及微观形貌进行了分析表征。结果表明:随着BEB含量的升高,共混材料的力学性能逐步降低,而相容剂的加入则能在一定程度上提高共混材料的拉伸强度,同时使共混物的表面自由能降低到纯聚乳酸的水平。与简单共混物相比,增容材料的热稳定性得到了加强,其玻璃化转变的温度区间也变窄。
The blend composite materials of bio-ethanol byproduct-polylactide(PLA) were produced by a melting extrusion process. Effects of bio-ethanol byproduct(BEB) and three different kinds of compatibilizer on mechanical proper- ties of the composites were investigated. Properties and morphology of the composites were studied by measurement of con- tact angle, thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) and scanning electron microscope(SEM) and so on. The research showed that with increase of contents of bio-ethanol byproduct, the mechanical properties was decreased. The tensile strength of the composites was improved by adding compatibilizers. Meanwhile, the surface free energy of the composites was decreased to the same level of pure polylactide. The composites also had superior thermostability compared to the binary composite. Mo- reover, the temperature range of glass transition in three compatibilized composite was narrowed.
