摘要:随着北京城市规模的扩大和人口的持续增长,生态环境问题日益突出。作为维护城市生态环境的重要自然基础设施,长期处于分治的森林和绿地两者的协同监测管理越来越迫切。资源调查作为森林及绿地资源监测的重要内容,协同管理是森林及绿地资源协同监测的重要基础。分析了森林资源调查和绿地资源调查之间协同存在的问题,构建了协同系统架构,阐述了系统建设的关键技术,最后进行了系统的实现,为支撑北京市第1次森林及绿地资源的协同调查提供了工具。协同系统的实现是森林及绿地资源协同管理的初步尝试,为森林及绿地资源的进一步协同管理奠定了良好的基础。
With the number of metropolises increased and the scale of them expanded,biological environment problems are becoming increasingly conspicuous in Beijing in recent decades.As the important natural infrastructure to preserve the ecological environment of metropolis,the cooperative monitoring of forest and greening resources becomes more and more urgent.As an important part of forest and greening resources monitoring,the cooperative management of forests and greening inventory is an important foundation.This paper analyzes the problems of cooperation of forest and greening inventory,constructs the architecture of cooperative information system,illustrates the key techniques of the system,and at last gives the implementation of the system.The implementation of the cooperative information system is the first step and a foundation for the collaborative management of forest and greening,which gives a support to the first cooperative survey of forest and greening of Beijing.
