摘要:介绍了木材树种宏观及其与微观特征结合的识别技术、木材识别特征的术语和定义、木材识别辅助工具和软件以及命名依据;阐述了DNA标记、稳定同位素、近红外光谱分析等木材树种识别新技术的发展,及对木材树种和产地鉴定的应用前景。
The current status of wood identification technology,which primarily includes macro-and macro-/micro-identification techniques,was reviewed in this paper.The description of the glossary,the definitions of wood features,and the assistant tools and the basis of wood nomenclature were explained.Three new technologies,DNA markers,stable isotope,and near-infrared spectroscopy(NIR),were described.The authors believe that the new technologies could be used to identify the botanical species and trace the location from where the wood originated.However,further research and development should be enhanced for their commercialization in the wood identification field.
