摘要:对从印度国际半干旱热带作物研究所引进的12个杂交木豆品种进行农艺及品质性状评鉴,结果表明:(1)ICPH2671和ICPH3359两个品种籽实产量达3 537.6 kg.hm-2和3 217.0 kg.hm-2,显著高于对照品种M aruti的2 318.2 kg.hm-2,增产幅度分别达53%和39%,说明此二品种在类似于元谋环境条件地区具有较高推广价值;(2)相关性分析结果表明,单株产量与测定的其它7个性状均极显著相关,其中与单株荚数、株高、基径和百粒质量的相关系数分别为0.976、0.956、0.895和0.827,因此可以把这4个性状初步确定为杂交木豆高产育种的主要选择性状,而单株荚数与株高性状最为直观,相关性也最高,是作为新品种培育中前期选择的最佳性状;(3)在品质性状方面,杂交品种碳含量普遍低于对照品种,胱氨酸、维生素C普遍高于对照品种,早熟杂交品种锰含量普遍低于对照品种;品种ICPH2438的氨基酸总量及各种氨基酸成份大多明显高于对照品种。
12 hybrid pigeonpea varieties, which were introduced from ICRISAT, were evaluated for their agronomic and nutritional traits. The results showed that: (1) The dry seed yields of ICPH2671 and ICPH3359 reached 3 537.6 kg·hm^-2 and 3 217.0 kg·hm^-2, which were 53% and 39% higher than that of the contrast variety and the differences were obvious. (2) The correlation analysis indicated that the dry seed yield was extremely closedly correlated with the other 7 traits. The largest correlation coefficients of 0. 976, 0. 956, 0. 895 and 0. 827, were detected between dry seed yield and pod number per plant, dry seed yield and plant height, dry seed yield and plant base diameter, as well as between dry seed yield and 100-seed weight. The four traits, pod number per plant, plant height, plant base diameter and 100-seed weight, could be pre-selection traits for high dry seed yield breeding. Of which, the pod number per plant and the plant height were the key pre-selection traits due to their direct-viewing and the highest correlation coefficients with dry seed yield. (3) The nutritional elements analysis showed that the carbon contents in dry seeds of most tested hybrids were lower than that in contrast variety, but their cystine and vitamin C content were higher than contrast. The manganese content in most short duration varieties were lower than in contrast. The total amino acid content and its most constituents of dry seed produced by ICPH2438 were obviously higher than that by contrast variety.
