摘要：基于青海省祁连、门源两县340份牧民户调查问卷数据,采用熵值法评价牧民户生计资本,运用有序Logistic回归模型分析影响牧民户生计策略选择的影响因素。结果表明:(1)草原补奖标准明显低于牧民户期望值,草原补奖收入对牧民户家庭增收贡献有限;(2)调研区域牧民户的生计资本整体比较稀缺,且五类生计资本分布不均衡;(3)禁牧政策的实施显著影响牧民户的生计策略选择,并促进草原生态系统的恢复;(4)草畜平衡政策对门源县牧民户生计策略选择的影响高于祁连县;(5)社会资本和物质资本是影响高原牧民户生计策略选择的关键生计资本。为进一步完善草原补奖政策,建议提高草原补奖标准、重视生计资本积累、注意分区施策、强化政策支持。
Taking Qilian and Menyuan County of Qinghai Province as an example,based on 340 questionnaire data of herders,this paper uses entropy method to calculate the livelihood capital of herders and the ordinal logistic regression model to study the key factors influencing herders’choice of livelihood strategies.The results show that the standard of grassland compensation is significantly lower than the value expected by herders,and the percentage of compensation income in household income is low.The livelihood capital of herders in the research is scarce as a whole and the distribution of five types livelihood capital is unbalanced.The implementation of the grazing ban policy has significantly affected the livelihood strategy choices of the herding households and promoted the restoration of the grassland ecosystem.The forage-livestock balance policy has a greater impact on the livelihood strategies of herders in Menyuan County than in Qilian County.Social capital and physical capital are the key livelihood capitals which impact herders’choice of livelihood strategies.In or?der to further improve the grassland compensation polily,it is suggested to improve the standard of grassland compensation,pay attention to the accumulation of livelihood capital and regional implementation,stengthen policy support.
