摘要:采用重组木制造新技术,分别以新西兰辐射松的心、边材为原料,制备不同密度的重组木。结果表明,重组木的耐水性和力学性能均随密度增加呈上升趋势,且密度影响显著;心、边材对重组木性能的影响较小。制备的重组木满足GB/T20241-2006《单板层积材》中不同等级结构用材的力学性能要求。
Scrimber samples with different density were made of heartwood and sapwood of Radiata pine(Pinus radiata) separately and performances of the scrimber were tested. The results showed that water resistance and mechanical properties of the scrimber were improved with increased density whereas heartwood and sapwood had little influence on properties. The tests showed that the properties of the scrimber samples could meet the requirements of the Chinese Standard GB/T 20241-2006.
