摘要:以麻纤维毡作为增强体,采用热压方法制备纤维毡增强酚醛树脂基复合材料,并且采用红外光谱、电子拉力机、扫描电子显微镜、表面粘接强度对复合材料进行表征。结果表明,复合材料中甲阶酚醛树脂和多异氰酸酯在150℃的条件下完全发生了反应;力学性能测试结果看出,复合材料的内结合强度和静曲强度随着复合材料密度的增加而增大,并且其内部微观结构可以看出,随着密度的增加,其内部空隙结构逐渐减小;表面粘接强度表明采用环氧树脂(E51)和酚醛胺(T31)作为胶黏剂对复合材料和铝板具有良好的粘接效果。
Flax fiber reinforced phenolic resin composites were prepared by hot-pressing technology with flax fiber mat as the reinforcer. The properties of phenolic-based composites were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectrometer, universal testing instruments, scanning electron microscopy and surface bonding strength. The results reveal that resol-type phenolic resin and polyisoeyanate reacted completely. The inner bonding and flexural strength increase with increasing the densities of composites, which is due to the more compact of inner structures of these composites. This compact structure induces less empty domains. The results of surface bonding strength indicate that the adhesive consisting of epoxy resin (E51) and phenolic aldehyde amine ( T31 ) exhibits good bonding strength for the composites and aluminium plate.
