摘要:Zanthoxylum bungeanum is the widely favored condiment by both the agricultural industry and the gourmet market. This study established a robust method for identifying the geographical origin of Zanthoxylum bungeanum from Gansu province combining stable isotopes (δ13C, δ1?N), 43 multi-element fingerprints, and chemometric techniques. One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) showed that 26 variables ( δ13C and 25 elements) have significant regional differences in Zanthoxylum bungeanum among Gansu GI, Gansu non-GI, and other provinces (p ? 2025, The Authors.
