摘要:为开发利用生物质资源制备吸声材料,探讨木纤维和聚酯纤维质量比、施胶量、发泡剂添加量和密度等因素对复合材料吸声性能的影响。结果表明:各因素对复合材料的吸声性能均有显著影响;当木纤维和聚酯纤维质量比为3∶1、施胶量12%、发泡剂添加量8%和密度为0.2g/cm3时,复合材料的中高频段吸声性能较优,成本可降低30%。
For developing low cost sound absorption materials made of wood fiber,the authors analyzed the effects of selected four parameters,such as proportion of wood fiber and polyesterfiber,resin consumption,foaming agents content and board density of composite material on sound absorbing coefficients of the composite materials,which were measured by impedance tube instrument.The results showed that the factors had impact on sound absorption coefficient of the samples significantly,and as the fiber ratio of wood and polyester was 3 ∶ 1 with 12% resin content,8% foaming agent content and 0.2 g/cm3 density,the sound absorption property of the composite samples showed excellent in middle-high frequency with 30 % of manufacturing cost saved.
