摘要:在E_0级地板用UMF胶的基础上,研制了F/(U+M)摩尔比1.42~1.49,M/MUF质量比16%的室外级胶合板用的MUF胶,该胶压制的杨木和桉木胶合板强度符合Ⅰ类板的要求,甲醛释放量符合E_1级。在苯酚价格>7 000元/t时,用MUF胶取代PF胶生产室外级胶合板将会产生经济效益。
Based on UMF resin for E0 grade flooring,the melamine-urea-formaldehyde(MUF)resin for exterior grade plywood is synthesized by using traditional alkali-acid-alkali process with melamine mass fraction of 16%(based on MUF resin)and F/(U+M)molar ratio of 1.42~1.49.The formaldehyde emission from the plywood bonded with the MUF resin is less than 1.5mg/L(E1 grade)and the bond strength of it can meet the requirement of typeⅠplywood.It is more profitable to use MUF resin than use PF resin in exterior grade plywood manufacturing when the phenol price is over 7 000RMB/t.
