摘要：结合信息技术特点和我国人造板企业现状,提供了评测人造板企业信息化风险的模型。按照信息化项目进度管理需求、风险危害特点,分别构建了时间、结果影响维度,在风险来源和影响主体的角度建立了领域维度。本文以领域维度为主线,重点研究人造板企业信息化的风险,并做出定性分析。
Combined with the features of informatization and the status of wood-based panel enterprises, model was constructed based on risk research of informatization. Time dimension, result effect dimension and scope dimension were established on the viewpoint of project management, risk and the sources of risk and main part, respectively. This paper focused on the scope dimension and the risk of informatization of wood-based panel enterprises. In the end qualitative analysis was made.
