摘要:利用生态足迹模型计算了煤矿开采前各类生态足迹和区域的生态承载力。结果显示:2007年研究区的人均生态足迹需求为1.76359hm2,而实际生态承载力供给面积为1.55631 hm2,人均生态赤字为0.20728 hm2,表明研究区人类对该区域生态经济系统的影响已经超出了其生态承载力的阈值.然后根据矿区开发强度及类比同类矿区,在矿区开发对土地利用及人口变化的影响进行预测的基础上,计算了不同时期的区域生态承载力。结果显示:煤炭开采对区域生态环境有明显的负面影响,但随着生态修复措施的采取这种负面影响会逐渐降低。如果合理利用煤炭开采所建立的生态补偿机制,在煤炭开采后期,区域的生态承载力会显著提高,甚至高于煤炭开采前的区域承载力水平。研究结果,可为判断区域生态对矿区开发的承载与否提供参考依据。
The ecological footprint and regional ecological carrying capacity in study area were analyzed by using the model of ecological footprint. The result showed that: the ecological footprint in study area was 1. 76359 hm^2 per capita in 2007, but the ecological carrying capacity was 1. 55631 hm^2 per capita and the ecological deficit achieve was 0. 20728 hm^2 per capita. Results indicated that the ecological footprint was beyond the ecological capacity. Combined with the development degree of the mining area and analog similar mining area, the regional ecological carrying capacity in different periods were calculated on the basis of forecasting the influence of mining development on land use and population changes. Results showed that coal mining had negative effect on the regional ecological environment obviously; however, this negative effect will be gradually reduced with conduction of ecological restoration measures. If the ecological compensation mechanism established by coal mining were utilized rationally, the regional ecological carrying capacity will be significantly increased at the later stage of coal mining, and even more higher than the regional ecological carrying capacity before coal mining. The research result could provide a reference for the regional sustainable development of economic and ecological environment.
