摘要:以桐酸甲酯和苯乙酮为原料,甲醇钠为催化剂,经克莱森反应合成了桐油酰苯甲酰甲烷(EBM)。通过傅立叶变换红外光谱仪和气质联用分析对EBM进行结构表征;利用气相色谱定量,探讨了物料配比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量等因素对EBM收率的影响;利用L9(34)正交试验确定了EBM的最佳合成条件:桐酸甲酯与苯乙酮物质的量之比为1.2∶1,反应温度110℃,催化剂用量为苯乙酮质量的0.6%,反应时间4 h。通过刚果红试验和热老化烘箱法考察了EBM的添加量对PVC热稳定性的影响。结果表明,加入适量EBM可有效改善PVC制品的初期着色性,但并未提高其长期热稳定性。
Eleostearoyl-benzoyl methane(EBM) were prepared by claisen reaction of methyl eleostearate and hypnone as raw materials, using the sodium methoxide as catalyst. Its structure was confirmed by FTIR and GC-MS. The effect of material proportion, reaction temperature, reaction time and catalyst dosage on the yield of EBM was tested by gas chromatographic quantitative. The optimal reaction conditions indicated by Lg(34)orthogonal experiment were as follows : n(methyl eleostearate) : n(hypnone)=1.2 : 1, with 0.6% by weight of hypnone used as catalyst dosage, reaction temperature maintained at 110 ℃ for 4 h. Effect of contents of EBM on heat stability of PVC was tested by means of the Congo-red test and heat aging test methods. The results show that adding EBM can effectively improve the initial coloring of PVC, but its long-term thermal stability would not be improved.
