摘要:木质素磺酸经H2O2氧化之后,与甲醛和亚硫酸钠反应制得改性木质素磺酸(MLS),其具有较高的磺化度和较多的磺酸基团。利用苯胺单体和改性木质素磺酸通过原位聚合法制备聚苯胺-改性木质素磺酸(PAn-MLS)。通过热重(TG)分析MLS和PAn-MLS的结构性质,结果表明与LS相比,MLS具有更好的热稳定性和更高的交联度,可以弱化PAn链之间的相互作用。采用红外光谱和X射线光电子光谱法(XPS)研究PAn-MLS的组成和表面性质,结果表明经过磺酸化改性可以提高LS的磺化度和PAn-MLS的磺酸根掺杂度。采用循环伏安法、恒电流循环寿命测试等电化学手段对比研究Pan、PAn-LS和PAn-MLS的电化学性能,在10~100 m V/s的扫速下,PAn-MLS的比电容比PAn和PAn-LS高出50.6%~70.2%。在充放电电流密度为0.2 A/g时,PAn-MLS的比电容为316.2 F/g(PAn、PAn-LS分别为242.0和254.6 F/g)。
Lignosulfonate was oxidized by H2 O2, then reacted with formaldehyde and sodium sulfite to get modified lignosulfonate(MLS) with improved sulfonation level and more sulfonic acid groups. Polyaniline-modified lignosulfonate(PAn-MLS) composite was synthesized by in situ polymerization of aniline with the existence of MLS.The structural property of MLS and PAn-MLS was described by thermogravimetric analysis(TG). The result shows that(1) MLS possesses better thermal property and higher than LS,(2) MLS can help to weaken the interaction between PAn chains. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)were utilized to investigate the composition and surface property of PAn-MLS. The result shows that the LS is sulfonation modified, the sulfonation degree is enhanced and PAn-MLS is doped with more sulfonate groups.Electrochemical application of PAn-MLS was studied by cyclic voltammetry, chronopotentiometry and cyclic stability tests. In contrast with polyaniline(PAn) and polyaniline-lignosulfonate(PAn-LS), PAn-MLS shows a superior capacitance performance. The specific capacitances of PAn-MLS are 50.6% ~70.2% larger than that of PAn and PAn-LS at each corresponding scan rate from 10 mV/s to100 mV/s. At the current density of 0.2 A/g, PAn-MLS shows the specific capacitance of 316.2 F/g(242.0 F/g for PAn and 254.6 F/g for PAn-LS).
