摘要:以引自澳大利亚4个种15个种源的木本观赏植物班克木种子所育苗木为实验材料,研究其叶片在夏季高温时的相对电导率(E)、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性蛋白(Pro)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的变化特征,选择耐热性优良的种源。结果表明,班克木属4个种各生理指标差异显著,其中,强力班克木的相对电导率最大,狭叶班克木的丙二醛和可溶性蛋白含量均最大,且显著高于其他3个种;香花班克木超氧化物歧化酶含量最大,但其种间差异均不显著。对班克木属苗木的耐热性进行坐标综合评价发现,狭叶班克木和强力班克木耐热性最强,建议作为推荐优先发展的种源。
The tolerance to hightemperature stress characteristics were investigated for seedlings, cultivated from seeds,which were collected from Australia,of four species and their 15 provenances in genus Banksia at aspects of four physiological indices, leaf conductivity, malonaldehyde (MDA) , soluble protein (Pro) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) contents. The result showed that there were remarkable differences of the four physiological indices among species. Relative electrical conductivity of Banksia robur was the largest, MDA and Pro of Banksia spinulosa were the largest, significantly larger than other two species; the SOD content of Banksia aemula was the largest, but there were no significant difference within species. Applying the coordinate comprehensive assessment method to synthetically evaluate the hightemperature resistance ability of the species, and the result suggested that Banksia spinulosa and Banksia robur was the most heattolerant species and should be recommended.
