摘要:我国林业野外巡护范围广,涉及的业务多、规模大,北斗卫星导航系统提供的短报文功能具有双向通信能力,是解决林区常规通讯平台存在的盲区多、信息无法有效实时传输等问题的有效手段。基于北斗短报文的特点,本文根据林业野外巡护信息传输流程和巡护信息采集内容的分析结果,设计适应于北斗短报文要求且具有较强扩展性的巡护信息编码,并在此基础上,将该编码应用于林业野外巡护管理系统的开发实现。该系统包括信息编码解码、短报文传输、通信模式自适应和多媒体信息补发等功能,确保了北斗短报文在巡护终端和调度管理中心之间信息的及时传递。
Forestry patrol in China is characterized by large outside range,involving plenty of works and large scale. The short message provided by BeiDou satellite navigation system have two-way communication ability,which is an efficient solution to both the blind area transmission problem and real-time transmission problem that existed in conventional platforms of forestry communication. Considering the features of BeiDou short message,we designed an highly extensible coding information message that adapted to the BeiDou short message according to the processes of forestry patrol information transmission and the content of patrol information collection. And on this basis,the code was implemented in the forestry field patrol management system,which includes information encoding and decoding function,short message transmission function,communication mode self-adaptive function and multimedia information retransmission function and so on. The whole system ensured timely and effectively transmission of the short message between the terminal device and the dispatching management center.
