摘要:为了更好地评价现有云南松种质资源,在云南松高世代育种过程中进行优良种源选择,以我国西南地区15个云南松种源地种子为研究对象,比较不同种源种子质量、发芽性状、幼苗早期生长的差异,并分析种子质量、发芽性状与种源地理、气候因子、幼苗生长之间的关系。结果表明:云南松种子质量、发芽率、平均发芽时间在种源间均具有极显著差异,变幅分别为13.662~22.957 mg·粒^(-1)、59.20%~98.00%、11.98~17.54 d,其中广南种源种子具有最大种子质量、最高发芽率、最短发芽时间的特点。不同种源间幼苗早期生物量差异极显著,总生物量以广南种源最大,保山种源最小。相关性分析表明,云南松种子质量、发芽性状受种源地理、气候因子的影响,同时种子质量、发芽性状影响幼苗早期生物量,所以种子质量可作为种子萌发、幼苗生长的预测因子。云南广南种源种子质量、发芽性状、幼苗早期生长表现最优,在种源选择时可以优先考虑。
In order to evaluate the existing germplasm resources of Pinus yunnanensis and select superior provenances for advanced generation breeding,seed weight and germination traits and early seedling growth of P.yunnanensis were compared among 15 provenances in southwest China,and correlations between seed weight,germination traits and geographic and climate factors and seedling growth were analyzed.The 1000-grain weight ranged from 13.662 to 22.957 g,germination percentage ranged from 59.20%to 98.00%,and mean germination time ranged from 11.98 to 17.54 d.There were obviously significant differences in 1000-grain weight,germination percentage and mean germination time among provenances.The largest 1000-grain weight and germination percentage and minimum germination time were observed in Guangnan provenance.Highly significant differences in early seedling biomass among the provenances were also found with the highest biomass in Guangnan provenance and lowest biomass in Baoshan provenance.By correlation analysis,1000-grain weight and seed germination traits of P.yunnanensis were affected by local geographical and climatic factors,and early seedling biomass was also affected by 1000-grain weight and seed germination traits,which implied that 1000-seed weight could be a good predictor of seed germination and seedling growth.The excellent performances in 1000-grain weight,germination traits and early seedling growth were from Guangnan provenance,which could be given priority in selecting provenance.
