摘要：讨论木材显微图像分析仪综合放大倍率的确定方法,在选择CCD摄像机和图像采集卡时要考虑的技术性能参数,介绍木材显微图像分析仪软件应具备的基本功能和主要开发方式,列举常见图像处理软件及其二次开发特点。
This paper deals with some hardware and software problems for developing a digitized image analysis system for wood anatomy. It first illustrates how to determine the total magnification of the microscopy imaging system. Then, it points out the technical performance parameters that should be considered for the two main compositions of the system, a CCD and an image-acquiring adapter. It also describes the essential functions and main development methods for the software for the system. Several commonly used image-processing software programs and their features are emulated in the end.
