摘要:花粉外壁纹饰不易受环境因子的影响,为植物基因型的外部表现,是研究植物分类演化的有效手段之一。用扫描电镜对山茶属红山茶组27种1变种植物花粉外壁纹饰特征进行观察,结果表明:红山茶组植物花粉粒的体积较大,规则花粉形状主要为长球形,某些种中存在不规则花粉。萌发孔均为三孔沟。山茶属红山茶组植物花粉外壁纹饰主要有皱沟状、皱波状、皱波状-颗粒状和颗粒状4种类型。不同种的花粉外壁纹饰存在一定差异,这些差异可为红山茶组种间分类及演化提供依据,同时也为某些种分类地位的确定和种系处理提供证据。
Pollen exine sculpture isn't easily affected by environmental factors. It is exterior representation of genotype. It is one effective methodology in research of plant classification and evolution. The pollen exine sculpture of 27 species and 1 variety of Sect. Camellia in genus Camellia based on Chang's taxonomic system was observed under scanning electronic microscope (SEM). The results indicate: the pollen size of Sect. Camellia is bigger. The shape of the regular pollen is prolate. There are some irregular pollen grains in some species. Pollen aperture is tri-colp-orate. There are four primary exine sculpture types of Sect. Camellia in genus Camellia: rugulate-fossulate, rugulate-ripple, rugulate-ripple to granutate and granutate. There are some difference of exine sculpture in these species. The difference of exine sculpture can provide some important information for plant classification and evolution. The classification status and disposal of some species or series were also discussed.
