摘要：林业管理体制涉及一个国家对林业的战略定位以及与相关管理领域的关系,应与一国的国情林情相适应,并体现当今国际经济、政治相关要求,才能更好地实现国家发展目标。在分析美国森林资源与林产工业状况的基础上,研究了美国林业管理体系及其特点,通过分析比较,得出可供我国林业管理借鉴之处,以及应坚持中国特色的林业管理体制,不能盲目照搬其他国家体制机制的启示。
Forestry management system refers to the orientation of national forestry strategy and the relationslup with related administration management domain, which only adapting to national conditions and forestry conditions, and meeting international economic and political appeals, can realize the targets for national development. This paper analyzed the development situation of forest resources and industries in America, and explained America＇ s forestry institution setting and its function orientation, getting some reference points for China. According to exploring the characteristics of China＇s Forestry management system and comparison with America＇s, we got the conclusion that China should insist on forestry management system with Chinese characteristics, not blindly copying the mode of other countries＇.
