摘要:文章从材料和条件控制上探讨电导法评价桉树抗寒性的应用,具体评价了4个桉树无性系和邓恩桉实生种的抗寒性。结果表明:EG-6无性系抗寒性较强,叶片半致死温度为-9.76^-8.95℃,井冈1号和广9次之,叶片半致死温度为-9.26^-8.22℃,邓恩桉和DH201-2较弱,叶片半致死温度为-8.80^-7.77℃。不同叶龄间:成熟叶比幼叶耐寒0.5~1.0℃(除DH201-2为0.25℃外),老叶比成熟叶耐寒0~0.5℃。5个桉树在-3℃下冷冻24 h不造成严重冻害;在-6℃下冷冻2~4 h,细胞膜遭受严重损害。相对电导率随材料含水率的降低而降低,因此应用电导法测评抗寒性时应避免含水率增减对结果的影响。
This paper conducted a study of Eucalyptus cold resistance by the conductivity measurement of different plant materials under different conditions.The cold resistance of four Eucalyptus clones and E.dunnii was evaluated.Clone EG-6 had the strongest cold resistance,the lethal temperatures of leaves were-9.76~-8.95℃.The following clones were Jinggang 1 and Guang 9,the lethal temperatures of leaves were-9.26~-8.22℃.E.dunnii and clone DH201-2 have lower cold resistance,the lethal temperatures of leaves were-8.80~-7.77℃.There was a law of cold resistance in different leaf age: Cold resistance temperature of mature leaf was enhanced 0.5~ 1.0℃ as compared with that of young leaf,but clone DH201-2 was 0.25℃,old leaf cold temperature was enhanced 0~ 0.5℃ as mature leaf.In tested clones and species,No serious physiological injury were occurred at-3℃ lasting 24 h,but the cell membrane were severely damaged at-6℃ lasting 2~4 h.The relative conductivity declined when the water content of the materials decreased.Hence,water content changes of the materials should be avoided when the relative conductivity method was adopted to evaluate cold resistance.;
