摘要:本文采用样方法研究湿地-草原化荒漠生态系统的植物多样性沿生境梯度变化规律及其影响因子,沿湿地-草原化荒漠生境梯度进行样方布设,共布设样方64个。在物种多样性软件(Bio Diversity Pro)及统计软件(SAS9.0)的支持下,以野外调查数据为基础,运用物种多样性指数、均匀度指数和丰富度指数对乌兰布和沙漠湿地植物多样性现状进行了研究。湿地-草原化荒漠生态系统多样性指数和丰富度指数的排序均为湿地>过渡带>旱生带;均匀度指数的排序为过渡带>湿地>旱生带。通过对乌兰布和沙漠湿地-草原化荒漠生态系统植物多样性的分析,论述了植物多样性现状及其退化原因,为乌兰布和沙漠湿地的保护与恢复提供理论基础,以促进生态系统的可持续利用及和谐发展。
In order to study the changes along the biotope gradient and influencing factors to the plant diversity in the ecotone of wetland - steppe desert ecosystem, quadrat method had been used along wetland - steppe desert habitat gradient, and 64 sample plots were investigated. With the help of the biodiversity software such as Bio Diversity Pro, and statistical software such as SASg. 0, based on field investigation data, study on Buh desert plant diversity status by using specie diversity index, evenness index, and richness index. Sorting of diversity index and richness index in wetland - steppe desert ecosystem was wetland 〉 transitional zone 〉 xeromorphic; Sorting of evenness index was transitional zone 〉 wetland 〉 xeromorphic. Through the study on Ulan Buh desert wetland - steppe desert ecosystem plant diversity, this paper analyzes plant diversity status and degradation reasons, providing basic theory for Ulan Buh desert wetland protection and restoration, in order to promote the sustainable utilization and harmonious development of the ecological system.
