摘要:通过温室中控制浇水量的方法 ,对 12个美洲黑杨无性系间总生物量、长期水分利用效率 (WUEL)的差异 ,及WUEL 差异与叶片稳定碳同位素组成 (δ1 3C)的相关性进行研究。结果表明 :水分胁迫下各无性系的总生物量均显著下降 ,而δ1 3C明显上升 ;同等水分处理下 ,无性系间总生物量、WUEL 差异显著 ,J2 、J6 、J7、J8、J9是生物量大、WUEL 高的优良无性系 ;δ1 3C的差异在水分处理间达到极显著水平 ,在无性系间也达到显著水平 ,均方的比较结果显示水分是引起δ1 3C差异的主要因素 ;同等水分处理下δ1 3C和WUEL 正相关 ,各水分处理下二者的相关系数都在0 70以上 ;同等水分处理下 ,δ1 3C是间接评估无性系间WUEL 差异的可靠指标。
Foliar carbon isotope composition(δ 13C), total biomass and long_term water use efficiency(WUE L) of 12 Populus deltoides clones were studied under water stress in the greenhouse. Total biomass of clones decreased greatly while δ 13C increased. The single element (clones) variance analysis and multiple comparison of WUE L under same water treatment indicated that the difference between clones was significant, J 2, J 6, J 7, J 8, J 9 were excellent clones with high WUE L. The significant differences between water treatments and clones were showed by two elements variance analysis of δ 13C, and water was proved to be the primary factor which affected δ 13C under water stress by the comparison of MS(Mean Square) and F value. Under same water treatment, our results also indicated that there was a good positive correlation between δ 13C and WUE L, high WUE L always went with high δ 13C, and δ 13C may be a credible indirect index on estimating WUE L between P. deltoides clones.
