摘要：文中回顾了日本森林组合制度的形成和发展历程,系统介绍了森林组合的组织体系、运营机制、财务制度、业务范围等,对森林组合在私有林发展中的地位和作用、森林组合的基本特点进行了分析,阐述了加快我国林业合作组织建设的必要性,提出了相应的对策建议。
The paper reviewed the establishment and development of the system of Japanese forest owners＇ cooperative. The cooperative＇ s organizational system, operation mechanism, financial system, etc. were systematically introduced, and its position and role in private forest and its basic characteristics were analyzed. The necessity of speeding up the establishment of cooperative organizations in China was elaborated, and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
