摘要:为验证在低纬度亚热带常绿阔叶林进行森林浴对青年人心血管健康的即时影响,研究以33名健康青年志愿者为受试者,男女比例为19∶14,采用一周洗脱期的前瞻性队列设计结合交叉随机对照方法分析森林与城市环境下受试者血压、心率的变化。受试者于2024年7-8月接受两轮森林浴和城市浴环境干预,每轮2 d,第1天上午与下午沿指定路线步行90 min(约2.5 km),第2天8︰00时测量血压和心率,用于评估累积效应。首轮结束后交换环境。血压和心率在每次步行前后及次晨空腹连续监测。结果显示,森林浴后受试者的舒张压由(76±6)mmHg降至(69±5)mmHg(P<0.001),心率由(80±13)bpm·min^(-1)降至(72±11)bpm·min^(-1)(P=0.003),城市浴后受试者的舒张压和心率变化均不显著;森林浴后脉压无显著改变,城市浴后脉压自(46±8)mmHg降至(39±7)mmHg(P=0.012)。收缩压在两种干预后均下降,但森林浴后降幅略大。研究证实,短期森林浴可对青年人群产生显著的降压与减慢心率的即时效益,研究填补了国内青年与女性数据的空白。
To verify the immediate effects of forest bathing on cardiovascular health in young adults within a low-latitude subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest,this study recruited 33 healthy young volunteers(male∶female=19∶14).A prospective cohort design with a one-week washout period combined with a crossover randomized controlled approach was used to analyze changes in blood pressure and heart rate in forest versus urban environments.Participants underwent two rounds of forest bathing and urban exposure interventions between July and August 2024,each lasting two days.On the first day,a 90-minute walk(approximately 2.5 km)along a designated route was conducted in the morning and afternoon.Blood pressure and heart rate were measured at 8︰00 a.m.on the second day to assess cumulative effects.Environments were swapped after the first round.Blood pressure and heart rate were monitored continuously before and after each walk and the next morning under fasting conditions.Results showed that after forest bathing,diastolic blood pressure decreased from(76±6)mmHg to(69±5)mmHg(P<0.001),and heart rate decreased from(80±13)bpm·min^(-1) to(72±11)bpm·min^(-1)(P=0.003).In contrast,no significant changes were observed in diastolic blood pressure or heart rate after urban exposure.Pulse pressure did not change significantly after forest bathing but decreased from(46±8)mmHg to(39±7)mmHg after urban exposure(P=0.012).Systolic blood pressure decreased under both interventions,with a slightly greater reduction after forest bathing.The study confirms that short-term forest bathing can yield significant immediate benefits in lowering blood pressure and reducing heart rate among young adults,and fills a gap in domestic data on youth and females.
